- Stay on the line
- When the automatic system prompts you need to say “Report a problem” or press 4 (to report an emergency like a downed wire or outage)
- Press 7 (for something else)
- Stay on the line
- After that, the automated phone system will connect you to a live customer service agent from FPL

- Say “Hold on” or press 2 if you need a moment to find it.
- Say “New account” or press 3 to open a new account.
